McDonald’s is teaming up with rapper Travis Scott in an unlikely collaboration.
As of Tuesday, the Chicago-based burger company is offering The Travis Scott meal at select locations nationwide. The meal has also been referred to as the “Cactus Jack” or the “cactus meal,” a nod to the 28-year-old musician’s nickname.
The meal includes a Quarter Pounder with cheese, bacon and lettuce, plus a medium-sized order of french fries. It comes with BBQ sauce and a Sprite.

The $6 meal, said to be a combination of Scott’s favorite McDonald’s menu items, will be available through Oct. 4.
McDonald’s U.S. Chief Marketing Officer Morgan Flatley said it’s the first time in 30 years that a celebrity’s name has been featured on McDonald’s menus.
The McJordan burger honored legendary basketball player Michael Jordan, who endorsed the product in 1992. The limited-edition quarter-pound hamburger included Jordan’s “favorite ingredients:” smoked bacon, cheese, barbeque sauce, onions, mustard and pickles.
According to a press release, Scott will also design custom apparel for McDonald’s staff.
The partnership will also involve unspecified charitable donations.
“We are bringing together two iconic worlds. Including a charitable component was key for me, and I can’t wait for people to see what we have in store,” Scott said.
Flatley suggested Scott may be the first of many celebrities to join forces with the company.
“Travis is the first in a suite of big celebrities that resonate across segments and are true fans of our food and our brand. We can’t wait to share the rest of the lineup ... in due time,” she wrote in a leaked memo.
She further explained the partnership, saying Scott will “resonate and spark excitement with our youthful, multicultural customers.”
“From his impossible-to-get Nike sneaker line, to a cereal collab with General Mills that sold out in 30 seconds, to a record-setting virtual concert series inside Fortnite, Travis Scott is the definition of big in culture,” Flatley wrote in the memo. “Beyond this, he is a true fan of McDonald’s and our craveable, iconic food.”
Scott, who shares a child with Kylie Jenner, recently released a single featured in Christopher Nolan’s newest movie, “Tenet.”
