Bobby Brown Jr., the son of singer-songwriter Bobby Brown, has died, according to several media reports. He was 28.
Brown Jr.’s death was confirmed by his brother, Landon Brown, a singer-songwriter who is the eldest son of Bobby Brown Sr. Landon Brown posted a tribute on Instagram, writing, “I love you forever King.”
No cause of death was given.
According to E! Online, members of the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a report of a medical emergency on Wednesday, Nov. 18. Upon arriving on the scene, they discovered a dead body but were unable to disclose the identity of the deceased, the website reported.

Brown Jr.’s death comes five years after his half-sister, Bobbi Kristina Brown, died as a result of drowning and drug intoxication, US magazine reported.
Bobby Brown Jr. was the son of Bobby Brown Sr. and his ex-girlfriend, Kim Ward, who he dated sporadically for 11 years, E! Online reported. When the couple split in 1991, Ward was two months pregnant with Bobby Brown Jr., the website reported.
