DULUTH, GA — Although it is not an official Legoland, it’s the next best thing.

This weekend is Atlanta Brick Con at Gas South Convention Center. It is the South’s largest Lego fan event and runs from Saturday, February 8, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Sunday, February 9, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets are $30 and limited at the door. Children under four can enter for free. The organization notes that tickets do sell out for the con, so it is recommended to buy online in advance.

The convention center will host over 70,000 square feet of official Lego creations, local Lego fans’ creations, large Lego displays, games, contests, vendors, and variously themed build zones.
