The ‘Red Rocker’ Sammy Hagar is celebrating his 73rd birthday today.

Sammy and his band The Circle are in Catalina Island celebrating his big day with a live show. Typically, he’s in Cabo performing on his birthday but because of the COVID pandemic, the location this year was changed.

Last week Sammy and fellow band member (and former Van Halen bassist), Michael Anthony, posted a video giving their reaction to the news of the passing of Eddie Van Halen.
