Guitarist Steve Clark from Def Leppard passed away on January 8th 1991.

The cause of death was respiratory failure caused by a lethal mixture of alcohol and prescription drugs.

This year marks 30 years since he passed.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of his passing his Def Leppard band mate Phil Collen will answer your questions about him.
