Turn off the TV this week!
You may have heard about this through your kids' school. It's the annual "TV Turn-off Week."
They want you to turn off the TV for a week, and do something more memorable. Naturally, we'd like you to turn on 97.1 The River while you turn off the TV!
So is this something you do? Do you watch any less TV this week, or is it viewing full-speed-ahead? I think about it every year, but usually end up with the tube on just as much as I normally do.
What others are saying
- turn off the tv weekwe try to hold down on the stuff we usually watch and record it for later, but i usually end up watching sports and news just the same
- off your TV weekGood idea but so tuff to do - mite be easier this week as I am in an internet conference Thursday through Sunday...
Do sports count?
Let us know how it turned out for you... - keep up the blogging!
